My name is Kristina Butler-Smith, M.Ed., and I am a passionate educator, mentor, and educational consultant committed to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. I believe every child deserves to be heard, every family deserves support, and every individual should have the opportunity to thrive. As an educator and educational consultant, I understand that navigating special education and identifying the right support can feel overwhelming. My goal is simple: to help families replace uncertainty with confidence through trusted guidance, meaningful partnerships, and practical support.

I founded Generation of R.O.S.E.S. to create a trusted community where families feel heard, supported, and empowered to confidently navigate their educational journey. Together, our team is committed to strengthening partnerships between families, schools, and communities while empowering every learner to grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential.

For more than 17 years, I have partnered with students, families, and educators to support diverse learners through individualized instruction, executive functioning coaching, targeted interventions, and mentorship. Throughout my career, one truth has remained constant: when families are informed, empowered, and supported, children are better positioned to succeed.
