My name is Kristina Butler-Smith M.Ed, and I am a passionate educator, mentor, & consultant who is committed to empowering individuals of all ages to reach their full potential.  In support of working with young adolescents and families to achieve their targeted goals, I created the Generation of R.O.S.E.S. as a platform to foster positive youth engagement, adult development, and offer opportunities for social-emotional & academic growth, as well as provide educational empowerment to families.

I have17+ years of experience providing student-center individualized academic and behavioral support to diverse learners. Skilled in coaching students on executive functioning, developing targeted learning interventions, and fostering inclusive environments that promote academic success and persistence. Experienced in mentoring first-generation and at-risk students through college preparation and transition programs. Committed to the belief that every student has unique strengths and the capacity to grow when supported with empathy, patience, and tailored strategies.

I am an enthusiastic leader who excels at building strong partnerships with students, families, and educational teams to cultivate inclusive, supportive environments that foster persistence and achievement. Dedicated to guiding parents/guardians and students alike through challenges with practical solutions, encouragement, and a growth mindset.
